Sturt Highway to Mullengandra, Concept Plan Environmental Assessment 2007
Summary
The Concept Plan and Environmental Assessment for all of the five sections comprising the Hume Highway Duplication works has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The Concept Plan and Environmental Assessment report outlines the scope of the Hume Highway Duplication works, possible options for the works, proposed timing of the works and addresses the environmental assessment requirements specified by the Director-General of Planning.
