RTA advice: Allow extra travel time, Expect delays
Other advice: Roadworks associated with the construction of the Inner West Busway along Victoria Road.

1 of 3 lanes will be closed in each direction Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm, and Saturday between 8am and 1pm.
Night work will take place Sunday to Thursday between 7pm and 5am. 2 of 3 lanes will be closed eastbound from 9pm. 2 of 3 lanes will be closed westbound from 10pm.

Circular Quay - Cahill Expressway above Circular Quay

Other advice: Southbound - Cahill Expressway closed Monday night. Motorists are advised to detour via York Street or the Sydney Harbour Tunnel.

Northbound - Lanes will be closed in stages on Cahill Expressway and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

RTA advice: Use public transport, Expect delays
Other advice: The Fun Run begins in Hunter St, goes along George St to Liverpool St and finishes in Darling Harbour.
Special event clearways will be enforced. Please check signage as vehicles parked in special event clearways will be towed and fines apply.
Motorists wishing to travel through the city are advised to expect delays and allow additional travel time. For more information CLICK HERE

Sydney Olympic Park area - various

RTA advice: Use public transport
Other advice: Extra traffic is expected in and around the Sydney Olympic Park area. Motorists are advised to expect delays around Homebush Bay Drive, Parramatta Road, Hill Road and the M4 Motorway.
Clearways will be in place between Silverwater and Homebush. Please check local signs as vehicles parked illegally will be towed and fines apply.

La Perouse - Malabar
Changed traffic conditions - Australian Golf Open 2009

RTA advice: Use public transport, Expect delays
Other advice: Traffic in the Malabar and La Perouse area, particularly the southern section of ANZAC Pde, is likely to experience significant delays between Thursday 3 and Sunday 6 December during the Australian Golf Open. Motorists are advised to allow additional travel time.
Car parking is available for patrons at the ANZAC Rifle Range in Franklin St, Malabar. Courtesy shuttle buses will transport patrons from the car park to the golf course entrance in Jennifer St.
Jennifer St, La Perouse will be closed except to local residents, official vehicles and STA buses, between Reservoir St and the end of the cul-de-sac.

Brighton-le-Sands - Bay Street at The Grand parade

RTA advice: Use alternative route
Other advice: There will be no right turn from Bay Street into The Grand Parade on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from October 2 until April 4, 2010.
There is an alternative route via Moate Avenue, Bestic Street and Crawford Road.
